The Herald has recently published a news article suggesting that sales statistics indicate the real estate market has turned.  Well, any agent in Calgary could have told you the same thing some months ago.
Yes, the Calgary market has been back onto it's regular seasonal cycle since January.  We're back where we should be, which means it's a decent time to be buying or selling real estate in Calgary.
